How long does it take to print a custom t-shirt?
The time varies depending on how busy we are, some times it’s same day but we do typically quote 5-7 days. If being shipped, please allow for this also.
I have my own garments, can you print on them?
We prefer to print on our garments as they are tried and tested for printing using our printing methods.
We can however print on your garments, so long as they are new, unworn and either a cotton or poly-cotton mix and are unwashed. Please note if you are supplying garments we can’t guarantee the print quality or damage to the garments during the printing process.
I have an event coming up and may need lots of different items, what lead time do you need?
It’s always best to check with us first as some items take longer than others to produce. We’d be more than happy to to give you an idea once you know which products you require.
Do you install signs or graphics?
Sorry no we don’t install signs or graphics.
I have a sketch on a piece of paper, is this classed as a business card design?
Unfortunately a sketch or drawing on a piece of paper isn’t a finished business card design. A business card design should be a single pdf file showing bleed and crop marks, with any image 300 dpi. For best printing results the colours used in your design should be CMYK and not RGB or any other colour mode.
I need a design, is this something you offer?
Yes we can create a design for you, from a custom tee design to a business card design.
Do you do vehicle wraps?
Unfortunately we don’t make or install vehicle wraps. We do however offer cut vinyl lettering, vehicle decals or magnetic vehicle signs, however we don’t install.
I have my own mug can you print on it?
Unfortunately we only print on our own mugs due the the special coating they have which enables us to print on them.
Do you offer discounts if I buy lots of items?
Yes we try to offer discounts where possible.
